Sheepskin Care Instructions
Do not immerse in water.
Clean suede leather with a damp cloth and diluted, mild detergent such as Ivory liquid. Rinse cloth and rub again.
Remove moisture immediately with a dry cloth.

Rub sheepskin fleece with a wet cloth and mild detergent, repeat with rinse water and remove moisture with a dry cloth. Brush fleece lightly to renew nap. Always dry your slippers in the shade, never in direct sunlight.

Sheepskin can be freshened with baking soda. Sprinkle baking soda over fleece, let it stand overnight, shake and or vacuum the fleece out the next day. You can also spray lightly with an anti-bacterial spray. Let spray dry before using slipper.

1) Do you have a minimum order?
We will accept an order for any number of pairs. However, we will add a $1.50 per pair charge to orders under 6 pairs.

2) How quickly will you ship my order?
We attempt to ship all orders within 24-48 hours.

3) How do you handle backorders?
You will be notified on your packing list if any items are on backorder. Those items will automatically ship when inventory is replenished.

4) What are the steps in setting up a new account?
#1 New order must be placed #2 Complete our credit application for open terms #3 Fax the credit application along with the order to our accounting department. If you would like to get the order prior to approval of open terms, you can pay by Visa / Mastercard or have it sent C.O.D.

5) Do you have a re-stocking charge?
Yes. A 15% re-stocking fee is charged on return to stock items.

6) Can we drop ship?
Yes. We will drop ship for a $3.00 per address charge.

7) What are your shipping terms?
All orders are shipped FOB Our Warehouse. Shipping costs will be added to the invoice.
